A Cut Above Professional Services was founded by Billie Hawkins, a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Billie's journey began in high school and continued as she served in The United States Marine Corps, participating in operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where she received Meritorious Mast recognition and an honorable discharge. After her military service, Billie returned to healthcare and nursing, bringing extensive expertise in healthcare staffing, after-hours On-Call services, patient care, and managerial roles. Her unique background allows her to understand the business from the client's perspective, effectively managing after-hours operations, addressing staffing needs, and creating solutions to challenges. The team at A Cut Above Professional Services consists of experienced healthcare professionals in key positions, including Regional Managers, Training Coordinators, and Staff Supervisors. Each On-Call Coordinator undergoes a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the healthcare industry related to On-Call processes and procedures.
