A Cut Above Professional Services is a company made of seasoned healthcare professionals with the goal of providing a complete On-Call service to its clients to assist with continued growth of their business after hours.

 

The company was founded by Billie Hawkins a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years in the industry. Billie has extensive experience in all aspects of heath care staffing, after hours On-Call services as well as patient care and managerial experience in the industry. Billie brings experience to the business understanding each aspect of the business from the clients perspective in relation to managing the business after-hours, exceeding in staffing open needs as well as mitigating problems and creating solutions to solve them.

 

The staff at A Cut Above Professional Services is made up of seasoned health care professionals in all key roles such as Regional Managers, Training Coordinators and Staff Supervisors. Each On-Call Coordinator completes a comprehensive training program which covers all aspects of the heath care industry as it pertains to On-Call processes and procedures as well as placements and open needs processes. In addition to our standard required training program, each coordinator is trained to handle the specifics of each of our clients to meet and exceed client expectations.
